  • Acknowledge that access to Services may be suspended for failed or reversed payments.

Unless otherwise specified, all digital courses, coaching sessions, and downloadable materials are non-refundable once access is granted.

4. Communication Consent (Email and SMS)

By submitting your contact information, you consent to receive communications from YANA Careers, LLC, including:

  • Email updates, confirmations, and reminders

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the digital nature of our Services and immediate access to proprietary materials, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in a written agreement or specific program policy.

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases and at the sole discretion of YANA Careers, LLC.

8. Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Site without notice if:
